Spring

Springtime in Alaska can be kind of phenomenal. Filled with morning walks that still ask for a light jacket. The breeze holds just enough of a temperature that chills your skin. But the sun is there to make your hair feel hot and filter just the right amount through the spruce to be romantic. Those same trees that slow dance in that wind and click clack against each other. Sure, the mosquitos are also feeling romantic enough to join you on your walks but its only the big ones. The ones that move slow and tickle your face. And lucky me, the sun doesn't go down until 10 pm these days.
